BioPellet Consultants, LLC dba Functional Medicine and BioHormone Academy accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. All prices are listed in US Dollar. The complete purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees, will be shown before payment is submitted. Charges will appear on the customers’ statement as FMBA Academy.

Refunds and Cancellations
