She also supported day-to-day operations, including patient scheduling, care coordination, workflow optimization, and the delivery of consistent, high-quality patient experience. Her responsibilities included managing patient records and demographics, preparing procedure schedules, and reinforcing accountability across team roles to help ensure efficient clinic performance.

Building on her clinical operations background, Kelly now serves as Creative Director for the Functional Medicine & Biohormone Academy (FMBA). She leads the development of professional presentations, clinical forms, and branded materials—translating complex processes into clear, functional tools that support both providers and patients.
